Support for Parents and Caregivers Nourishes the Whole Family

My clients are hard-working caregivers, wearing many different hats, and are striving to feel good enough at their many jobs and roles. Despite their earnest efforts, my clients find themselves in a relentless loop of being triggered, yelling at loved ones, and or turning on themselves, and then feeling guilt and shame. Let's close the loop!

About

Lead with Confidence

Just like our children, we need connection and care to show up as our best selves! Sometimes it's us caregivers who deserve and need more support. Maybe you are also uncovering wounds from your own childhood, and or wondering “why is this so hard and not much fun..”. That’s real and it's okay to feel this way. You are human! I work with caregivers because it is a powerful and holistic way to infuse families with support! We will prioritize YOU by focusing on connection, compassion, and skill building. We will get curious about your triggers, and work towards discovering the needs and feelings underneath the challenging behaviors that lead you here. In addition, we will discover and identify tools and strategies that will support you AND your children in feeling and doing their best. If you're feeling anxious, irritated, and burned out let's prioritize you and your needs. Caregivers are the foundation and leaders of the family and you deserve to feel more confident, less drained and triggered, and to rest in the deep knowing that you are providing your child with the containment, consistency, and loving connection they need. I keep it very real. I am a parent too and am consistently humbled by the messy work of raising children. I am here for the unfolding process of this heart centered work! Reach out for a free, no-strings-attached, 20-minute consultation to start the conversation.
